Speaking at the MICAT press briefing on Thursday, April 10, CSA Director Josiah Joekai, disclosed that the process is aimed at corroborating the list of volunteer teachers recently submitted by the MCSS and fostering transparency and accountability within the Liberian government’s payroll system.

“A total of 27 MCSS Schools with 977 government’s employed staff and 604 volunteers will undergo the verification process,” he stated.

“Each verification venue is expected to process over 250 individuals,” Director Joekai added.

Joekai reaffirmed the CSA’s commitment to fully supporting all public schools across the country and described the exercise as part of the Government’s effort to promote quality education in Liberia.

His statement remains a growing step toward accountability and fairness within the Liberian government’s payroll system and is a reliable pavement for the nation’s progress.
