Assures Turnover of Property to Client Shortly

Following the accusation level against  the Millennium Construction Company  by Dr. Caroline Davis and  her  Husband claiming that the Company  has duped them in business, the management of the Millennium Construction Company, along the Robertsfield highway has termed as a shocking and total dismay allegation of FRAUD by one of its clients,  Madam Caroline Davies.

According to the Company release, it  states  all uncertainties that it regrets this unfortunate incident of incorrect statements and allegations intended to present a dark-cloud over the reputation of the company.

“We acknowledged delays in the final turnover of the housing unit to Madam Caroline Davies as stipulated in the contract and regretted so. However, as done in the past, Millennium Construction Company remains committed to delivering on all contracts of purchased housing Units.”

“Consistent with this unfortunate delay and in accordance with our company’s policy on delays experienced during the preparation of various Units, Management in good faith contacted Madam Davies and had continuously engaged her during the course of the construction works on constraints arising from global unforeseen situations such as increment in the prices of materials unlike previously determined due to the Russian-Ukraine, coupled with delays of shipment in the gulf of Eden. Additionally, Millennium Construction Company, has for the time provided accommodation and payments on air tickets to Madam Davies upon visits to Liberia as clear demonstration of our desire to do fair business.” A release of Millennium Construction Company noted.

Millennium Construction Company, furthermore, called on Madam Davies to exercise restring as management is doing all it can to deliver her property within the first quarter of 2024.
