Investigation conducted by a team of investigative journalists has uncovered that Manoj Kumar vatwani was never the high priest of the Indian Church in Liberia as he has been parading and spreading falsehood. The president of the Indian Church revealed that Kumar vatwani was just a devotee of the church and never the general manager.
Our investigation also established that Kumar was accorded due process by the legal system of Liberia and he lost the case against the liberian immigration service and it was the court that banned him from entering liberia. Mr Kumar vatwani has been spreading falsehood recently that he was illegally prevented from entering liberia and his rights were abused but our investigation shows the contrary.
Our investigation discovered that Mr Kumar vatwani sued the Liberia Immigration service at the Civil law court and he lost the case after he failed and neglected the case, something that prompted the court to rule against him .
In the clerk’s certificate, the court said after a careful inspection of the case file in the above captioned cause of action/case reveals that the petitioner has failed and neglected to complete his / it’s appeal process up to and including the date of the issuance of the clerk’s certificate. Mr Kumar vatwani also took an appeal to the supreme court of Liberia and he lost the case as well. Mr Kumar has no permanent status in Liberia nor investment and he was in violation of the immigration laws of Liberia .
