Six Political parties including: People’s Liberation Party (PLP), Union of Liberian Democrats (ULD), United People’s Party (UPP), Redemption Democratic Congress (RDC), Change Democratic Action (CDA), and the Movement for Economic Empowerment (MOVEE)  have entered into  a Grand Coalition  with the ruling  Coalition for Democratic Change CDC  to support  President  Weah second  term bill in the upcoming  October  Presidential and General  Elections as Weah demands them to completely behave as CDCians.

People’s Liberation Party (PLP), Union of Liberian Democrats (ULD), United People’s Party (UPP), Redemption Democratic Congress (RDC), Change Democratic Action (CDA), and the Movement for Economic Empowerment (MOVEE).

On Saturday  April 8,2023. The six Political Parties  leaders with their supporters   conveyed at the MOVEE headquarters in Paynesville  to  endorse their Framework document holding them together as one political movement to support  Weah second term Presidential  bid.

Speaking  on behalf of the six admitted parties,  MOVEE Political Leader,  Maxwell Saah Kemayah said they are  into one acord to continue pushing  Weah’s agendas  and prepared to give him another victory.

“On behalf of the newly constituted political parties of CDC, we’re pleased to inform you that the step we have taken today  realizes that we support you with all the resources to continue your Developmental Agenda for  the Country”, Kemayah told CDC Political Leader,  President  Weah.

Kemayah  noted that the  decision by the six newly admitted Political Parties to join the ruling CDC  was  not made by them but by their partisans,  sympathizers and followers.

However,  President Weah characterized the occasion as  a

significant enlargement of the CDC to the broad base Political movement that will incorporate  diverse political parties into a single unified political movement ahead of October Presidential and general elections in Liberia.

Weah declared them being  doctrinized  into the  CDC doctrine and called on them to always behave as CDCians.

“I want you to know that now they have passed you up to me, right now all of you are under my command.

You must take orders from your leaders. Listen  to me if I say shout you shout,  If I ask you a question you don’t respond , we will put you in the classroom to learn”,  President George Weah admonishes the six newly admitted Political Parties  Leaders and Members.

Weah  welcomed them   battlecry and noted that  their  trust in CDC shows that  CDC  vision and Mission for  the Country  aligns with theirs.
