MEDIA-AID TO UNVEIL PQSJ PROPOSED CAMPUS SITE TOMORROW IN MOUNT BARCLAY, MONROVIA-KAKATA HIGHWAY, Rolls out a 5 year strategic plan for the future of journalism

MediaAid Foundation is expected tomorrow, Saturday, 1 April to officially unveil the ongoing project site of the Peter Quaqua School of Journalism-PQSJ.
The project is situated in the Survivor Community, Rock Crusher Road, Mount Barclay, on the Monrovia-Gbarnga Highway.
It is a one-storey construction project that contains 11 classrooms including a staff center, media-lab, conference room, cafeteria, stationery store and washrooms.
Phase 2 of the project comprises additional 5 classrooms, office facilities, a modern conference hall and a radio production studio to enhance practical Journalism.
The ongoing project covers nearly 1 acre of land acquired by MediaAid Foundation upon its establishment in 2015.
The school facility, if completed, will play host to the Peter Quaqua School of Journalism-PQSJ, a modern secondary school and provide multiple learning opportunities to the public.
The project will be inspected by the President of the West African Journalists Association-WAJA, Mr. Peter Quaqua, along with the school’s faculty, a team of PQSJ alumni, the President of the Reporters Association-RAL and the media.
Following the unveiling exercise, a public fund raiser will be announced to support the ongoing construction of the Peter Quaqua School of Journalism-PQSJ new campus project.
Founded by media enterprenuer, Mr. Titus Tokpah, Peter Quaqua School of Journalism-PQSJ is Liberia’s leading media school recognized by US Embassy-Monrovia, University of Washington Bothell/Tacoma Campuses in Seattle, USA.
Meanwhile, a 5 year strategic plan has been developed by MediaAid to help redirect the future of Journalism in Liberia through a sustainable media training approach.
