The political pressure group, the Green Revolution movement of Liberia which has been pushing the Cllr. Jonathan Fonati Koffa Speakership bill, has withdrawn their support base on the corruption allegations surrounding him.
In their latest press release issued on Saturday January 6, 2024. The release states that due to revaluation made by the 54th Speaker , Bhofa Chambers against his prime Deputy, Koffa linking him to massive corruption, conflict of interest, aiding and abetting in the mineral industry which continue to bring untold suffering among citizens, they have moved to decline supporting his Speakership bill.
According to the release, Koffa’s speakership will be the worst nightmare Liberia will ever experience, saying that If anyone thinks Chambers was a mistake, Koffa will be more than anything you can ever think of.

Comrade revolutionary Gladiator, the spirits of myther Comrades who withstood the struggle with their blood and life,
The poor masses of our people, comrades academias, strategic militant brigades, the suffering masses at the hands of Criminal cartel company Beamountain Avesore Resource in Cape Mount, bomi and other, the fourth estate, ladies and gentlemen
From recent revelations of Speaker chamber thereby connecting Fonati Koffa to conflict of interest, aiding and abetting the corruptions in our mineral industry which continue to bring untold suffering of our people, involving with the Blue Marine economy through LISCA, we are here to set revolutionary records straight by distancing ourselves from this perceive corruption actors who are and continue to be responsible for the untold suffering of our people most especially the massive corruption in the mineral industry
We can not continue to accept our country to be referred to as a den of thieves due to greed for personal benefits at the detriment of our people. For the past five years or so, we have seen and witnessed the very poor performance of the Legislature due to criminal connivance, aiding and abetting the Executive in all the bad concessions, misplacement of budget priority, bogus confirmation of unqualified appointees, massive corruption, seeking of personal interests instead of that of the people or nation, etc etc, and at that same point Mr. Koffa has been a major player in these vices
Mr. Koffa who is a formal convict on felonious charges, a man who is brave and capable of dupping his own clients should never be given such position in the country. Mr. Koffa is morally challenged to hold such vibrant position in our land. Be mindful newly elected lawmakers, over 50 members of the 54th Legislature didn’t come back because of the same business as usual.
Leadership from the southeastern region has become a serious challenge for our Nation, considering a Pro Temp Albert Chie serving at a the helm of power at the complete detriment of the whole nation, championing the worst corruption saga in our mineral industry, manipulating our electionary processes by inducing the process with ill-gotten resources, keeping the people in perpetual poverty so as to be their only hope of survivability.
Mr. Fornati Koffa’s speakership will be the worst nightmare Liberia will ever experience. If you think Mr. Chambers was a mistake, Koffa will be more than anything you can ever think of
Let’s stop doing the same things if we expect different results. Remember, Liberians rejected most of your colleagues in the House of Representatives who were seeking reelection for the 55th Legislature so shall you be if you are only coming to seek for your pockets.
Mr. Fornati Koffa, Thomas Fallah, Musa Bility and few others, should not be considered for the Speakership. These people should be far away from our decent democratic practices
