Afric Daily Newspaper– Grand Kru county: The  superintendent of Grand Kru County,  Doris Ylatun  has  been alleged of wrongly using president Weah’s 300,000 Liberian dollars  and 100 bags to organize a children’s  Christmas party.

According  to our Grand Kru correspondent, Fredrick  Kumeh,

Superintendent Doris Ylatun, was invited on Ahteenah Radio earlier this week to give clarification on how she has used the money but didn’t comply.

However,  the Barclayville City Mayor, Benetta Blamoh   in her statements regarding the kind offer of the president  narrated that her office has  only received 80,000LD for the Children party and 15 bags of Rice for her office use from the county superintendent’s office, upon her arrival in the county.

viewing the breakdown of the money spent by the county  superintendent, She has donated bags of Rice to Grand Kru county football Team of the  2022/2023 national county sports, Christian community, and other ministries in the county for what the 300,000 Liberian dollars was never intended for.

Appearing on Ahteenah mornings platform today, January 5, 2022, the Internal Affairs’s Minister, Vannie Sheriff clarified that the president’s offer to the children was done Across the entire country, and wasn’t meant for the purpose in which the superintendent used it.

Minister Sheriff has called on citizens and children of  Grand Kru county to remain calm as he makes frantic efforts to make sure that the superintendent refunds the Children’s Christmas money in the sooner possible time.
