Characterizes it as Lies and Disinformation
The recent statement coming from a strong supporter of President Joseph Nyuma Boakai, Martin K. N Kollie, commonly known as Rescue Rambo indicating that the political leader of the African Liberation League (ALL),Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti, has a fake and bogus academic credentials has met a strong resistance, as Beysolow Nyanti vow to provide a proof of her academic credentials before the Senate.
Few hours after Kollie characterized Beysolow academic credentials as fake and bogus on his official social media Facebook platform, on Tuesday January 23, 2023. Madam Nyanti, the former UN Diplomat sharply reacted to Martin statement through her official social media Facebook page, as lies and disinformation being spued against her for self aggrandizement.
“I have read the posts and heard the lies and disinformation being spued. When I am given the chance to serve the people of Liberia as I have served other nations, I will be prepared to defend my record and my legitimate and hard earned credentials before the Senate,” Beysolow narrated .
Prior to her response, Martin wrote and said, “this is how we want to save the Ministry of Foreign Affairs like we saved LBDI. The credentials of Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti are bogus and fake. She doesn’t even have a first degree. We are in this gov’t to protect public interests and help Pres. JNB.”
While her academic credentials are under questioning, Madam Sara Beysolow Nyanti was one of the twenty presidential candidates who participated in Liberia’s October 10, 2023, general elections whose party later pledged support to Boakai in the second run that emerged him a victorious over the incumbent by then, President George Weah.
With more than 20 years of professional experience, Sara Beysolow Nyanti’s incredible journey with the United Nations began in the early 2000s in Liberia and took her on a accelerated journey managing teams to save lives and contribute to nation-building in many countries around the world such as Nepal, Namibia, Nigeria, Yemen, the Gambia, and South Sudan amongst others.
Before going to the United Nations, she also worked for the Government of the Republic of Liberia as a Special Assistant to the Minister of Health, subsequently she was appointed as director of the National Aids Control Program where she’s credited for writing Liberia’s first successful project for the Global funds for AIDs, Tuberculosis, and Malaria (GFATM).
While at the United Nations, Madam Beysolow exercised her strong leadership abilities by the integrity required to manage an annual budget of over 1 billion in conflict contexts with excellent audits and no case of misuse of funds or property of the United Nations. And the system that she designed to pay cash to the poor people of Yemen is now being used in Afghanistan, Ukraine, and Sudan.
